Can't seem to find them easily on line wooly hat shop are out of stock, any ideas? Just got an OE XT groupset delivered from Germany with the 39.9/31.8mm adapters. Thanks

How many adapter sets have you got? Mech is normally 34.9 without them,so you shouldn't have a 34.9 adapter (unless there's something i'm not aware of).If you still need one,try your LBS as most fittings are 31.8,so they usually have a drawer full of spares in the workshop.
