Would like to add some more as the nob is very easy to turn. The only thing I can find is a set that come with another uturn cap for £35 and I don't want to pay that for what I need

Just find another tiny ball bearing, and a little spring (like a cut-down one out of a pen or something like that).

Or just have a look under your fridge, cos that's where the original ones are...

I got some replacement ball bearings and a spring from Merlin. I gave them a call because by 2 week old ones were rusty and partially seized. I put the same amount back in but greased them and they have been fine for the last 8 months. I don't think they list them as a separate part so you'll need to ring them. Don't know what they charge as mine were FOC warranty items.
