I need a set of cyclocross wheels rebuilt.Any recommendations for decent wheelbuilders in the Surrey Hills?

I've had a couple of sets of wheels built by Cycleworks in Leatherhead. Both still going strong after several years of abuse and neglect.

Cycles Dauphin up on top of Box Hill used to have a very good wheel builder a couple of years ago - haven't used them in ages so not sure if they are still offering wheel building service but worth giving them a call

Nirvana Cycles in Westcott do a great job.
