I need to get a pair of padded wheel bags (2x single 700c not a double because of transportation space). anyone know of any good offers around?

In the same boat as you (though just need 1 single) so if you find anything else, let me know.

Those were the ones that caught my eye. I have seen some mavic ones for a few quid cheaper but I don't think they have shoulder straps.

The Planet X ones are really tidy, they will take a 26" MTB wheel or a road bike wheel and give good level of protection, used them in last car when you could squeeze them in between back doors and folded down seats but it was a bit of a slam-the-door job.

The Mavic ones I have will take a 29er wheel but have no padding whatsoever - these things:

I've got a pair of Campag ones that I never use if you want, can send pics later (just out on bike now). Only used once

Could do them for £25 posted, email me if interested, in profile
