Route-wise. Is it just a case of riding the actual trail and getting there and back any which way... Doesn't seem to build into much of a decent loop for 30km-ish ride....? Looking for enlightenment.
Here you go Jimmy!

Start at Altnafeadh in Glencoe. Ride up the DS - it's really easy and even a small child could manage it in the big ring - down the other side to the fire-road then find the water conduit to the Blackwater Dam. This takes you all the way at a gradient of 1:5000 or something like that and is perfectly smooth. Cross the dam and either pick up the Ciaran Path from the top or ride along the pipeline to find a brilliant, short descent to its lower part just R of where it says "waterfall" on the map.
This takes you to KLL. Get some grub at the Ice Factor (which I'm still convinced is a typo) then ride back up the fireroad to pick up the DS in reverse. Fireroad is steep but fairly short and the climb back up the DS is surprisingly rideable. Final descent is a great way to finish the ride too.
