Actually, Vitus aren't exactly derivable, my calculations might need revised. Probably more like £482.54

I'd guess that it'll be less than you can get for the parts. I'd buy a frame only in that situation.
In fact for a consolidation i'd go through the WHOLE pile of bits and cherry pick the best, buy one frame, build, then sell the leftovers, frames included.
