I made my own out of an old trouser leg. It was super easy on the sewing machine, took about 20 min, and custom sized pockets for the tools.

Same here, out of old PJs. In hindsight stretchy PJs may have been a bad idea, but six years later I still use the roll in my bike bag so it's not a terrible idea.
