Had Fizik Gobi but its become battered, ripped and the its falling apart at the seam at the back... only lasted 20 months..
Any ideas for a saddle other than Fizik? want a xc saddle thats got ti rails and is comfy but will last? Any ideas?

Massively dependent on your bum and sitting bone shape. I have a Gobi and two SDG Bel Airs. Have also WTB and an On One Bignose. If i had to replace any i'd go for another Fizik or Bel Air.

I had a spoon (and im definitely in the skinny arsed dudes camp) and it cut me in half.

Its simple, is no such thing as comfortable or uncomfortable saddle, its your arse and its different shape to everyone elses on here, so try a few and see which works best or stick with what you know.

Longevity wise, SDG's and WTB's have always held up pretty well for me (i use Devo SLT's almost elusively now on any of my bikes im planning to sit down on!) tried a couple of Gobi's (new and old shape)but never kept them long enough to be able to judge this as they were both pretty rough on my arse 😀

SDG Bel air, best saddle I've ever had by far, wouldn't buy anything else.

IME 20 months out of the Gobi is good considerng Bel airs seem to fall apart at the (ironically) kevlar bits after about 8 monhts.

I'm pleased with my Charge Spoon but only had it a few months.

I know they look a bit odd, and not sure how much looking after they need, but a Brooks is looking ever more tempting.

On the other hand... I have unherited a road bike with a 'Turbo' saddle on it that I thought would not be comfy at all, however its pretty nice. Although I think this is due to not wearing baggy shorts.

I wear baggies most of the time, but I'm convinced the extra layer (or 2) of extra nylon don't help in the comfort stakes.

Spesh Phenom.

Pretty sparse but light and very comfy when your arse gets used to it.
