About 25 litres and one that is not sat directly on your back so you dont sweat your back off. Needs to be stable as well. Thanks 😀

I'm a big fan of Osprey packs. The fitting system really holds the bags well. Rear venting seems fine to me but I'm not particularly fussy there.
