Am I crazy to be drawn to the gold and purple?
Nearly all my previously bought Hope kit I've bought in the past has been blue. Which I liked and (imo) looked great but......
Frame is mint green 😳
Silver with green caps
Green frame, orange, purple or red hubs.
Silver is lovely though imo.
Edit: oops, thought you were talking about RS4 hubs....
I've found I keep Hope kit a long while so black or silver will suit the next frame as I don't know what colour that will be.
If you want some colour, my personal opinion is to never mixed pained and anodised parts in the same colour. Purple paint next to purple anodise is not a great look. Colourful frame = subtle components. Subtle frame = one or two coloured highlights.
Gold it is then 🤣
Black fits in with all the other components but.... It's just so dull.
I didn't realise you can buy different colour bore caps.
Maybe black calipers with gold caps 🤔
They don't do gold in the current range. Orange?
Looking through google images, orange could work with mint green. 🤔
Black, silver or blue, everything else seems to fade imo. Also they look the least tacky.
I’ve had purple hubs before but only because I got a stupidly good price on them.

They are. Certainly for E4, not sure on the smaller RX4 cap, though.
Not for the RX4 and certainly not for mineral oil.
Fair enough. You can fit the E4 to the larger RX4 bore and change the seal with the mineral oil seal kit, though.
I thought the RX4s had a specific part number?
HBSP419/418 (large/small) for dot
HBSP369/368 (large/small) for mineral
Whereas the E4 is HBSP302...
I'm sure the pistons are the same. Bore caps should fit.
