After a new pair as title, anyone got any recommendations?

Normal bibs plus knee warmers. More year-round options, better knee comfort when required.

Agree with the above but if you must Decathlon do a non-thermal pair with their very good 700 series pad.

How cold do your knees get in summer? Do you live in the Arctic Circle?

Toughen up princess. 😉

Howies Bib Sh34rts seem to be well regarded.

Bib shorts, not 3/4's. Summer means big mountains means knee pads. 😀

Loving Madison peleton below my baggies.

I just prefer 3/4 rather than bib shorts, it's a bit like I always wear a long sleeve skin's under my short sleeve Jersey

Jeebus, I was a sweaty, sweaty mess after riding home this evening in relatively thin summer bibs and a SS jersey layering up to ride in nice weather seems an odd choice.

I would echo the knee warmer suggestions having previously taken a tumble myself an ruining a £60 pair of 3/4 winter bibs rather than a ~£15 pair of knee warmers...

But if you must, I
suggest some DHBs like these perhaps...
