Haw haw. Superb thunder storm cracking off above my works at the moment.
Unless a biblical change in the weather occurs in the next 19 mins its going to a bloody wet commute.
And I've no jacket, just my s/s riding top.
Bring it on......

Fortunately I have a different coloured waterproof top to cycle home in to hopefully avoid the attention of the homicidal nutter who felt the need to go 2 miles out of his way to tell me that he didn't appreciate my level of concern when he very nearly chopped me as I was going along a straight road.
Oh, "borrow" a bin bag from work, it'll be as good as any other waterproof in heavy rain
