i live in Weston the riding there is fairly limited. however there is a carpark at the top near the worlebury area. if you start there you can get most of the trails which run/traverse down. some end up near the sandbay dirt jumps, You will know them when you see them. and some of the other trails will move along towards the end of the woods best to try all out its a small area happy hunting.

I dwell not far from the worle end of the woods. They're OK for a couple of hours, if you know thebest routes and abandon all your Row principles. After the rain we've had, the rock, rooty surface will keep you entertained. The undergrowth is starting to close off some of the trails now, unless one is tolerant of a little trail branding.

Overall, its a tiny wood that's handy for a quick blat or for linking into a bigger Mendip ride if you live local. I'd not travel from further than a couple of motorway junctions tops though.

Was doing to do that area, but with the rain I'm told it gets really muddy ... and I'm having to go there about tomorrow anyway!
