Anyone got a good recommendation for pub/b&b and trail centre in wales?

Must be reasonably priced, have good ales and grub, take a group of between six and ten.

Where have you stayed and where should i avoid?

Wales is a rather large place. Care to be more specific?

Brynteg house. Slap bang in the middle of the Afan trails. There's a pub a couple of minuets walk/ stager from the B&B. The refreshment rooms I believe. Very nice. I have stayed loads of times and never had a complaint.
The trail heads are a few miles in either direction which makes for an ideal warm up for the legs.

2nd Brynteg House...just watch out for the loopy neighbour!!! I've stayed on many occasions there.

Alternatively if there's 4 of you then you could fill up one of the log cabins (google afan log cabin and i think it;ll come up first on the list).

Higly recommended. 10 mins from C-Y-B. Indoor bike storage, drying rooms, bar, food, plenty of hot water, friendly owners.
