Sunday was a rather poignant day, so was great to spend it with Tom et all..

No pics here either but after a coupla years where I can count mtb rides on one hand, I was glad to overcome the urge to stay in..
I got out for a couple of hours on the SS on Woodbury Common with the hound yesterday (sorry if that was you that my little dog barked at on the north/south bridleway)

I used to scoff at folk on here with an aversion to wet roots, but being out of practise I had a couple of mishaps and gave myself the fear.. all good fun though and can't wait to get out again later 🙂

Me too! TBH, those jumps are about sized for a 9year old, as on my Dune the front wheel is already in the air on the next jump before the bac wheel has landed! BTW, the 3rd gap is much better now it has a proper lip to it 😆

It has been half term here.
The adventures were many - all around Aviemore, Dulnain Bridge, Learnie, Cairngorm, Fortrose and Fiachial (sp?) Ridge (no Macdui - weather was coooold) and High Burnside.
No dolphins were seen during the making of this holiday, despite a couple of attempts, but I have never seen so many Tarmachan.

Had an extended MTB commute on Friday and rode from home on Saturday afternoon. Bit slippery in places but good fun. It may be time to swap my rear Rock Razor for something with a bit more grip!
