Back to an old haunt, Bestwood, doing some sessioning of some of the milder jump lines.

The trail builders have been upping their bushcraft:

All the DHs had to be earned today with plenty of climbing up above Noli and Varigotti. Finished up cheering the Enduro races on stage 5 DHmen

Had a lot of fine JRA again, enjoying getting the Occam dirty on slightly damp trails, discovering tyre edges and generally enjoying myself without a training interval in sight:

Finished with a Ham roll and coffee at the Tea Hut - whoop!

Last day of riding in Finale for us. Moving on into France tomorrow to do some riding in the South East Region.
Just going to drive and see what we find

Trails were steep, rocky and dusty. Armed with a map and a few apps found some more stuff that we haven't riden before.

Went to Coed Y Brenin this weekend, did the Beast, that trail fights you every foot of the way.

Riding at Aboyne on Saturday. We arrived quite late and the car park was rammed so We parked further afield.
Partway through the ride we noticed that someone else had had the same problem but couldn’t be arsed to drive very far from the trail car park.
I imagine that it was quite embarrassing knocking on the farmers door and asking if they could have their car back 😂

(Edit)The farmers place is bang opposite this spot.

@sandwich - that's the mighty VT which is riding really well at the mo. The Eucalyptus trees in Far End 4 were rather fragrant too!
Not ridden Thetford for a couple of years now, worth a re-visit?

I'll prob do a post on Molini as it's a brilliant place. Preferred it to Finale by some distance. Hob-Nob may not agree

Some exposure tho

Not many riding shots (loads of GoPro to edit)

Lots of views

@Alex Been looking at Molini as a tag on to Finale but struggled to find a campsite. Did you stop on one or see any in the vicinity.

@tracey I didn't. We saw loads of MTBers (well not compared to Finale but maybe 30ish) but I think all staying B&B. I'll ask our host tho, he'll know if there's anything close by.

Cheers that would be great.
A week in Finale only brushes the surface with new stuff been added every year, contemplated staying longer but moved on into France today. Noticed this time that alot of stuff isn't on Trailforks.

Definitely worth having a guide here, even with an eBike. A lot of the trails above Molini are on trail forks but not much of the back country stuff we did is. And that was epic!
