Don't saw you weren't warned! A mate of mine posted up this pic of my knee taken way back in 2006. Nowadays it's just a neat scar on a working knee that aches a bit in the cold. Then, it was quite close to ending my riding/non limping career.

I've had seven brilliant years riding since then and hopefully a few more to come. And I do wear kneepads almost all of the time nowadays!
