[Closed] Verbier/4 vallées trail advice - help please

So I'm taking a group of friends to ride the Tour du Mont Fort this Saturday ([url= http://www.tdmf.ch/en/main/easy-rider-tour.php?rubID=tdmf&srubID=easyrider ]the "easy rider" version[/url]). Looking on the website, the tracks all seem pretty straightforward dirt/gravel roads. Can anyone suggest some more technical alternatives to some of the gravel sections, please? Nothing outrageously difficult, since not all of them have a huge amount of experience, but some nice flowing singletrack would be great.

Any suggestions would be very gratefully received - I only know the DH trails in the Verbier bikepark, which isn't quite what I'm looking for this time...
