For holding a light battery onto ones frame or stem. Where might one purchase such a thing, or what alternatives might one wish to explore?

I got some velcro cable ties - I think mine came from Lidl but I have seen them eslewhere as well
B&Q (and other DIY outlets) sell Velcro
