OK, this is only a bit of seatpost but other manufacturers could learn a thing or two from USE.
I snapped a piece of the seatclamp assembly of a Sumo Carbon seatpost yesterday. I called USE to see if they held spares and ask about getting hold of one.
The lovely Nina worked out what bit I needed and said it would be in the post. No faffing about whatsoever. No money changed hands. It arrived first thing this morning. That was 17 hours (give or take) between call and goods received.
Sometimes its the little things that keep customers coming back for more. Just saying.

could be possessive or a contraction. It's not needed for plurals.

I'd say you're right on that point, it is bad form. However, I was making allowances for this being a forum where people tend to write as they would speak. If the that were spoken, you'd naturally employ the contraction.
Sorry for hijacking. Clearly the thread was supposed to be a well done to USE. My attempt at a STW running grammar joke seems to have diverted things.

I've had good service from use/exposure, this is why I won't entertain buying cheap lights from eBay. I want to keep then in business as they've kept me riding.
