So this evening I thought I'd better do something about the xmas excess and got on the road bike for a "training" session,
Pushed myself really hard, did 3 big climbs at a fair old rate, starting to feel good, despite being tired and relatively unfit. I was just ramping up for the sprint finish, giving it the absolute beans when, with about 20 yards to go, BANG, fwap, fwap, fwap and the rear's gone. 🙁
Just how unlucky do you have to be to be unable to finish a Sufferfest video? Grr....
