been running Kenda BG up front and Nevegal rear on Stans Flow as tubeless, both 2.35 dual compound, bike is an Orange 5, been on for 12 months and have performed well in mud, snow, trail centre, rocks and on roots. Do I replace with the same or try Panaracer Rampages or the Cedric Garcia AM? Have tried High Rollers and because I am a sh1t rider I don't get on with them so please do not suggest these. Fairly willing to try anything that is a good all rounder in 2.3'ish size. Also willing to stick with the Kenda's as they have proven very versatile.
I like Maxxis ADvantage. The 2.25 come up nice and big and they are a good alrounder. The Minion DHF is also worth a glance.
Minion DHF 2.35 on front, Ardent 2.25 on the rear works well. Rampage are pretty good as well but go the SC up front
Any other suggestions?
Well, I really like my Nevegal DTCs. 😆
Specialized Purgatory and Bontrager XR4, both the higher tpi big for a 2.2" versions running tubeless, roll ok and are more progressive with cornering grip than the squarer High Roller, Ardent and Eskar.
[i]Spesh clutch sx rockin a bit weighty but I really like them
They're v similar to minion dhf but with tougher side walls. They've got dual compound 45/50. Like I said really like them and the price £19.99
Cheers Tron 😆
The Bonty XR4 TLR seems to get a good write-up, and will most likely be my next tyre purchase.
another vote for ADvantage 2.25 - basicly an ace tyre.
