Have a standard kit which is fine to carry if I'm using a pack, but often on the gravel bike, want to carry minimal stuff. So the idea of this kit doubling up as bar plugs appeals. But not at that price!
The thought of having a tool that fits into the bar end seems like a daft idea. You fall off, bar end into the dirt and you'll bugger the tool.
Surely it's easier to carry something like this:

Not cheap either though, but very good

I can see that on a MTB. Less so on the gravel/drop bar bike.
Dynaplug is the gold standard, but yeah, not the easiest to get hold of.

I've the Sahmurai kit - works, doesn't get damaged in crashes (minor ones at least). Didn't pay that eBay price, was cheaper via a normal retailer.
Don't know if they are still available but the Fork Cork is useful as a steerer "bung".
Make one? I did, after balking at the cost of solutions such as you posted, OP. Mine comprises of the fork from an old Genuine Innovations worm kit that I 'turned down' by clamping in a drill and whizzing on a file, pushed in to the inside of a normal bar plug. It's visible below, amongst the rest of the spares I normally carry on the bike (strapped in tube with CO2 head and canister + pump additional)
Dynaplug is pricey but awesome - easiest to use and refill and quickest by far. The racer is a good buy, and they even do one with a CO2 inflator but it is pricey!
