Tri Bag with iPhone Window

Saw someone the other day with a 'Tri-Bag' - the bag that fits on top tube by the stem with a clear pouch on the top for an iPhone. My Google-Fu is weak today, anyone got an idea where I can get one from?

Cheap and nasty (very nasty) but means I can see the phone screen for google maps when I need to navigate somewhere.
