[Closed] Trek helmet replacement policy?

Anyone have any experience of this?

After clouting her head on a substantial overhanging branch last week, Ms Spanner has noticed a large dent and a serious looking crack to the side of her almost new Trek Interval Helmet. I shudder to think what would have happened if she hadn't been wearing it.

We've looked through the printed material that came with the lid and I've just had a quick search online, but the only thing we can come up with is a suggestion to send the lid back to Wisconsin!

Wonder if anyone has any practical experience of how this policy works in the UK.
