Is this normal?
Brand new bike and after 1st ride I noticed the post had slight movement forwards and backwards.
I'm used to the slight rotational play in reverbs when you move the head of the saddle side to side but this seems strange.
Mine does this too. Noticed it after the second or third ride.
Not the Brand X Ascend dropper I have Matt?

Sorry, assuming you're talking about the Brand X dropper, I haven't had it long, so I can't tell you . Major annoyance with mine is that one wet weekend at CYB and now the cable won't move. I can't get the remote to move 1mm. Looks like I'll need to take the cable out.
