What are people's training schedules like? How many miles a week, what events etc etc...
Right now, I'm doing about 100 miles/week on the MTB and a couple of hard seesions on the turbo trainer ๐
I don't really go by miles, hours are a much better measure, doing around 10 most weeks at the moment, mostly on the road, with 1-2 MTB rides thrown in, just for various XC races and generally enjoying myself!
I tend to go by miles but only rate road miles as half that of off road miles, I aim for 100 miles a week but it depends a lot on my shift pattern , the weather and the wife (but not always in that order).
i tend to ride about 85 miles per week, roughly about 35 of which are on the road and tend to be sprints backwards and forwards to work through the traffic. Also like to throw in an hours swimming at the moment which usually about 70-80 lengths - either that or some other sort of cross training - running(not much these days), body weight stuff, press ups, sit ups, squats, lunges... oh and a bit of yoga in the mornings if I get up early enough.
Not training for anything just do it 'cause I love it.

Don't really count miles or hours, it's all about the amount of effort I put.Might only be a 5 or 10 mile off road route but would be a max effort in the week.At the weekends it's just riding for fun,sometimes it's 25 mile & others it can be nearer 100,all depends on how I feel.....
Basically I just ride to how I feel on the day....
Run 5 miles 3 times a week too,can't stand it but Ras the dog needs it ......
