I have no clue about trainers - but - if I buy a Kickr Core, slap a bike on it - what else do I need, equipment wise?(assuming I have frame adapters and the cassette)
Can I just ride and viw the metrics etc on a tablet? Do I really need a subscription to one of those training video games to enjoy it, or can I just pedal and watch netflix?
