200g kidney beans
tin of tuna
dollop of mayo
fat tbsp of curry paste
1 spring onion, sliced
feta cheese, crumbled
peanuts
sunflower seeds
coriander leaves

Took 2 mins to put together and tastes pretty ******g fine.

What's on your menu?

I'll have an apple. Think i spotted a lolly pop in the car so I'll also snaffle that up.

Only a couple of hours around Holmfirth on the MTB.

Your concoction sounds very nice IMHO

Seriously, I'd vom at that volume, cut it in half and it's just about acceptable..

Doesn't sound too bad, though I'd probably lose the tuna and swap the mayo for a vinaigrette.
