I'd say no grease, i was under the inmpression you shouldnt grease bushes as it accelerates wear

Isn't the BETD hula hoop a solid nylon bush rather than a PTFE coated metal bush like the normal ones. A plastic specific grease should be fine. Something like a fork grease.
