I don't think Time sell spares for any of their pedals. There's a thread on mtbr that mentions replacing the bearings, but nothing on the bushings.

The UK distributor will have some. I got sent some from them via a forum member who works there.

IGUS sell them, and loads of other bushings too. You will need to know the dimensions though.
