[Closed] Thule Euroclassic G5 - alternatives worth looking at?

My local council's recycling lorry has just trashed my bike rack which I'd left attached to the towball. So I need a new one, probably at my own expense as they are unlikely to admit liability.

It was a Euroclassic G5 - sturdy, locks on, locks the bikes, doesnt cause any bike to bike or bike to van interface issues, bombproof (well, I thought so....) and everything you'd expect from Thule. But, £300 to replace and it is very heavy (which is why I needed to leave it attached).

Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative? 90% likely to go with a straight replacement, but seems like a good idea to look at other options.
