Try Specialized or one of their dealers. My Pitch and lots of other recent Spesh bikes have pretty much identical guides on the down tube, and I know you can get spares from them.

Coincidentally they're for a Specialized FSR XC, but they were a fairly weak plastic, was looking for something more sturdy but if i'm struggling I'll try to get some from Specialized. Lapierre do some but they're £8 each.

Hold out for the Ragley ones if you can. I used them to replace all my ones for my Enduro. Specialized make them out of nasty plastic.
