It's beyond repair I think being 3 1/2 years old, been left many a time without being cleaned, and it's never been serviced.

I know it's my own fault but I've got an attitude of run it into the ground then upgrade and look after the new bits correctly.

It's a Rock Shox Tora 100mm travel on a 2011 Orange G3.

What would be a good upgrade ? The frame can take 130mm travel, but it's optimal at 100 - 120.

My mate reckons a Rock Shox Reba but I'm just looking for ideas, budget is upto about £250 as I promise I will look after this one......

Doesn't really matter, you're going to be in for a treat whatever you go to from an unserviced Tora!

Reba solo air 120. You won't believe the difference.

I went to a Reba 120 RLT dual with 15mm axle. Well worth it in my view.

Servicing a Tora U-turn cost me £35 including the seals, fluids and grease.

I went to a Reba 120 RLT dual with 15mm axle.

I did this as an upgrade from a Recon Silver TK. Took me a little while to set them up but the difference is huge. The 15mm axle make them so much stiffer and they are much much lighter.

I got mine on the classified for £140 in mint condition so have a look and there might be something one there.
