Loads of snow around - Cat & Fiddle and Snake Pass both closed! We're in Marple on the western edge and we've had about 3 inches of snow today, it's sticking where we are (about 500 feet ASL) but lower down the hill it's turning to slush

had 5 inches at 900ft, not thawed at all today, forecast to be cold tonight so shouldnt start thawing until late morning at least

I posted yesterday asking about peak conditions and got lots of really good web cam references on which you can see the snow.

Not going to thaw tonight, no chance, it's seriously cold out there.
We've had another sprinkling since 5pm as well

Report from AndyPaice earlier said it was very icy as well.
(Sheffield / Derbyshire border)
