Added drop bars, and rebuilt the wheels with tubeless rims, to make a stealth commuter bike:

Impressive conversion!

*that being the steel Stainforth at the bottom of page 1, thread moved on!
Full disclosure, by employer bought it and I'm renting it off them. 'They' made a really good choice though, suites the riding I do pretty much spot on. Whyte 629 V2.

BFeMAx, which has been a great trail centre hardtail for the last while, and would continue to be if I wasn't going back into lockdown.

I bought a new Evil Following frame and a new Banshee Paradox v3 frame and have just about finished the Banshee build . Evil was finished first but have hardly been out yet so noises what either will ride like.

Bought back in Feb before the world (and bike prices) went mad.

It was an absolute bargain at £1,900, which I then made less of bargain by changing half the parts.

This was the last one I bought. Giant Revolt Advanced 2 2019:

Have just ordered one of these (minus the Hope bling) to replace my 2014 Bird Zero, but probably won’t get it until January 2021:

This one, just in before lockdown. Nice little commuter/workhorse bike, gets used most days instead of the car for short to medium journeys. Used a lot more than my Four.

A 2013 Orange Alpine 160 bought on eBay about 3 years ago. Upgraded it with carbon wheels and some xtr and it’s now around 30lb which is pretty good considering how much abuse it will take; far more than me that’s for sure.

The last frame I bought was a Kingdom custom Vendetta, but it won't be in my grubby mitts for 2 or 3 weeks yet.

Prior to that, it was My Pole Taival, built July last year.

Taival

An IROK+ Fade. Haven't picked it up yet, but it has a pink tyre and a green tyre, it can't possibly be bad.

I was working round a friends house recently, they lent me their bike to take away and try......a few weeks later they didn't appear to want it back and I didn't want to give it back-so I ended up buying it .I had no plans to get a new bike,I very rarely buy bikes but fate just kind of intervened this time.

Sonder Camino AL in Aug'17 (photo from Lac de Gérardmer - lots of STWers know where that is!)

It's great for just riding from the door which was very useful this year!

Bought a Genesis Fugio 30 a few weeks back. First new bike I’ve purchased in years. Rides lovely and I just need to tweak a few bits. Shorter stem, some bars with more flare, setting up tubeless etc. My only bike at the moment too.

Merlin Malt G1X, lockdown purchase, played with drop bars a few times and ended up selling but thought I'd try one of the new breed of gravel bikes. https://road.cc/content/review/267516-merlin-malt-g1x-apex-1-gravel-bike

I've kept up with mates on fast(ish) road rides, set a couple of off road KOM's and used it as intended for mixed terrain rides, mostly rural back lanes etc, and it's been brilliant so far. I'll probably go for slightly bigger tyres and a flared bar at some point, but I'd not change anything else. Oh, I do have a dropper post in it most of the time though!

Edit: I want that Fugio above, such a good looking bike! I will probably go tubeless when I swap tyres, and when I get new wheels for the MTB the old ones might be tried in the Merlin (650b). As an only bike the Fugio looks ideal to me.

Picked up my new Spur on Friday. First impressions are excellent. Had a T130 for 4 years prior so will be on this a while I think!

@lawman91 - Nice, what was the lead time to get a spur. Just found out from Orbea the OIZ TR isn’t available until April

Start of July I ordered a Sonder Camino Al GRX.

Issues with getting hold of the groupset means that the build date is only slotted in for w/c 26th Oct.

I might have upgraded it a little... 🤫

Bought it for the seconded wave lockdown...
