Pedros tyre levers. i was once a cursing, sweating trailside wreak trying to get most tyres on/off the dreaded dt 5.1ds. these beauties whip them off without a fight. a cheap bit of kit that totally does it, made my day.

got em free with tyres from nextdaytyres.com, who were also cheaper than any other mail order shop. Much sturdier than others like Park which I've managed to snap with some tyre/rim combos.

I wanted to buy some more and couldn't find any so bought some Park ones, nowhere near as good.
I bought the big Pedros ones from my LBS having blagged a free repair from them - they know if they keep me chatting in the shop long enough I'll feel guilty and buy something! Lovely to use though
