Just been into town, on my way back there was a young gentleman riding quite a nice FS Yeti (similar to the ASR5 but not sure of the exact model) with silver Fox forks. Before y'all jump on me for being judgemental and all, this bike looked rather too big for him and he was dressed in usual scally gear - black trackies wearing some running trainers.

Anyone had one of these 'borrowed' and not returned in the area??

It's pretty obvious most of the time when you see a scally riding a very expensive or niche bike.

Yeah, i seen an obvious scrote in full uniform of stripey hoodey, tracky bottoms tucked in to manky socks and traineeees, riding an Orange 223 through Swinton yesterday, nothing suspicious in riding that most obvious choice of commuter bikes.....

As I mentioned before, I was a scally who owned a Marin Indian fire trail nearly 20 years ago, a Klein adroit pro 15 years ago and a fully blinged cannondale raven 10 years ago. I bought every single one. How do you explain that? surely I mist have stolen them or at the very least used counterfeit money..... ๐Ÿ™„

Or maybe there are scallies out there who are allowed to ride nice bikes...

Yep Loddrik, but for every one like you I'd wager there's dozens of the other sort.
