They keep sending me brake pads that work just as well as other brake pads. Four pairs at a time - completely taking the mickey!

They sent me four pairs of the wrong pads last time I ordered some!
Maybe I should have ordered the right ones?

I ordered some Kevlar brake pads on Monday and they haven't arrived. I just called my wife and she said they arrived yesterday and were on the table in kitchen in an appropriately sized jiffy bag. Will this outrage never cease.
I am appalled at the timely delivery of quality items with sweets that then hide from me.

While we're on the subject I bought 2 pairs of sintered pads over a year ago, first pair still hasn't died, So now I've just got these extra pads kicking about getting the way - its an absolute nightmare...

Like unklehomered I bought several sets of pads form them in the expectation that they'd wear out quickly or self destruct but they haven't they keep going and going. I mean do they really expect me to store stuff for them.

And the layback seatpost I bought from them is bent!!! I was hoping for something that would make me cooler and more laid back and what do I get? A kinky seatpost.

And don't get me started about the prices. My wife can't believe how little they charge and how much you get for your money. She keeps nagging me to get them to sell shoes and handbags. At least then I'd get a little peace 😆

My tensioner arrived quickly from them (with Haribo and stickers) but the spring broke after 2 rides.

They then sent me 2 replacement springs (with Haribo and stickers) a couple of days after I reported it to them. As I disassembled the tensioner the circlip fell apart.

All in all I'd have preferred a working tensioner right off the bat, but I've no complaints with their customer service. It's worth knowing about the glitches in the their site, and I appreciate the original thread raising them (albeit in a slightly alarmist way) but it'll not put me off using them.

Yep - the swinderling monkeys have had me too. I've bought 8 sets of pads split between two orders and despite my cunningness they turned up on time, with sweets and FITTED THE BRAKES THEY WERE MEANT TO...

This WILL NOT be tolerated...
