Anyone have good/bad experiences with these rims and hubs? SS have em on sale at the minute and I'm tempted to get a set for my cheap hardtail build. Will be used for a bit of everything but mostly trail centres and some dirt jumps. Any good or avoid? I've always had good luck with other superstar stuff so tempted to just go for it but worth an ask on here first!
Edit- nvm didn't notice they're out of stock on the clearance wheels! How about the AMX ones? Bit heavier but maybe ok for a basic fun hardtail?
Got the stans flows on switch hubs and am delighted with them.
I have exactly that set of wheels and they have been great, you won't regret it .
Cool, shame theyre sold out as £120 for the pair would've been an absolute bargain!
shame, both myself and a friend have them, and both sets are spot on. Not a loose spoke or dodgy bearing in sight after 10 months of riding.
Yep I've got a set and am very happy with them. Front one needs truing up but that is because I got a branch stuck through the spokes and you can't blame Superstar for that. Would buy again.
