I was wondering about suspension set-up. I have RS Revelation 426 fork. From top of slider to underside of crown is 130mm. There is about 20mm of sag when weighted. Does this mean that the effective angle drops by a degree or so? And the effective travel is more like 110mm. Sorry in advance if this has been done to death before

No, effectively you still have 130mm travel as the fork will not only compress but will also extend to smooth out depressions in the trail.
