[Closed] Strive owners... Shapeshifter service.

Anyone out there attempted this?

mine won't go into XC mode regardless of how much air or pulling on the cable.

spoke to Canyon and they say that the  Shapeshifter  should be serviced at least once a year. i've had my Strive for longer than that... have serviced the shock and fork, but no the SS.

Canyon say that it should be sent to them for a service which i think costs around 60€.

a new Shapeshifter is 80€ which i'll probably end up doing, but rather than chuck the current one or send it to Canyon i thought I'd give it a go myself.

only found a few onine vids that aren't that clear.

any first hand experiences?
