Done it!
Seemed appropriate to wear this jersey to finish and to go up the Rake (site of National hill climb competition)on the last ride.

Chapeau to anyone who has completed this challenge and who rides up the rake! I'm working up to it, last couple of rides I've gone up to the turn-off, but stayed left and headed back down towards Nuttall.

Matt

I completed today, it's been way easier than the Specialized Climbing Challenge earlier in the year.

2758m to go and only 1 day left. Going to be 5 laps of 2 local hills if I want it, and looking at the number in and finished it's better odds than the lottery for a prize ๐Ÿ™‚

Tried to hit 2500 today but not enough food or time so earlier start and more bananas

I did 5477 metres last week, and am about to knock this one off with a wee Leadhills area 'Rough Stuff' scoot on my tourer. I'm at about 70%, if today doesn't finish it, tomorrow will ๐Ÿ˜‰

Completed this morning on my zesty. Would have finished yesterday if the ken laidlaw short route was the ascent advertised. Was great to finish on top of the three brethren in the sunshine having ridden so much Tarmac in the mank.

Finished today. To be honest i'm glad its over, today was good as i could just do a normal long ride but the midweek nights and having to do loops to get the maximum elevation in the shortest time/distance got a bit tedious after a while. Wish i had some proper mountains to go up!

Do you need to do anything now or are you automatically entered into the prize draw?

When you complete you need to e-mail Rapha your address for the roundel and your frame size just in case you win the Madone.

To receive your roundel once you have completed the challenge, please e-mail your name and postal address to: circle@rapha.cc, not forgetting to include the frame size you would like should you win the Trek.

leaving it late as usual left me with about 120km and 3000m today.

That hurt a little, still it will all be worth it when the bike arrives

#edit

Cold beer now in hand

From above averaged 23m/Km or 46ft/mile (i think)

Had to go looking for the hills though plenty of repeats have enough 700-1000m loops if I had started on monday but probably looked like I was just doing lap training today just to keep the Km's down

I only managed 2,507m (36%), but that was three rides on a SS MTB, so I'm claiming each metre is worth 2.8 metres ๐Ÿ˜‰

Squeaked through on 7,017m/101% with 1600m of climbing on the MTB on Saturday.

Having a couple of days off the bike now!

Decided to start this on Tuesday and only managed half the climbing, but good motivational tool. Will give it a proper go next year.

Good luck in the Trek comp to everyone who finished it.

Nothing from Rapha as yet. They've probably got around nine thousand emails in their inbox though, so I'll give them an hour or two to respond ๐Ÿ˜€

Nope. The only thing I've heard is th OH didn't qualify as she was short by 42m, even though at 2330 on the last night she was 150m over and strava did what they do with the totals which wiped it out.

Lostock Hall. i noticed you raced at midweek madness but placed considerably higher than me, wouldn't be anything too difficult for you tbh ๐Ÿ˜€
