Friend of a friend had his fat bike nicked in Oxford yesterday:

Not exactly your standard bike for getting around Oxford, so hopefully someone will notice it.
I'm Oxford based, definitely keep a look out. Any news on what was used to lock it with?

That will stick out like a sore thumb in Oxford.
I have seen thousands of other bikes in Oxford and would not give any one of them shed-room or take them home for free.
(New stock in Beeline Cycles excluded).
Very sorry for your loss, but I expect it will be out of sight now.

I don't know what it was locked with. It belongs to a guy who works at the Cycle Centre on Walton St
Thats an arse. He was kind enough to let me have a spin on that the other day when I popped in the shop. Will keep an eye out

I saw that in Oxford on the road leading to the White Horse in the centre of town...not to far from Waterstones.... either yesterday or the day before.... parked up with a big group of people.
I'll keep on eye out for it.
