I've got a sticky Poploc on my Rebas. I'd assumed it was the cable but when I finally got around to doing something about it last night it looks like it's actually the blue dial on top of the fork leg that's reluctant to spring back when you release the cable. What's under the blue cap and how easy is it to sort out if it's all gummed up?

Had the same with my Rev's. Just squirt a little GT85 or the like under the blue dial. The dial turns a shaft in the damper unit, there are no bearings as such at the top of the fork, just a plastic bush which seems to get sticky.
