Anyone know best and most cost effective way of replacing steel windows which have a curved end panel? 3 panels are flat, then last on 90 degree curve approx 600mm rad. Would like to keep the radius, but be a bit warmer ๐Ÿ˜‰

Arse - how to move to chat forum?

Put thick curtains up, it'll be noticeably warmer.

Sounds like original Crittall windows from the 30's/ 50's.
Modern solutions still made by Crittall- not cheap though.

You can get timber and plastic windows with bends in.

avoid steel / Crittsl if you want warmer. Even their modern stuff mskes no mention of a u value on the website. Get aluminium faced timber if you want a slender profile and warmth.
