Reintroduction of animal testing for cosmetics. In line with the EU (despite our ability to "go it alone"). In opposition to pretty much the whole countries' wishes - and seemingly some companies.
Gawd damnit. I hate humanity sometimes.

It changed a policy on animal testing to align with EU chemical rules, according to a High Court ruling.
