Hi
The top bearing in the headset is very rough, but I can’t get it out.
It seems to be inset into a plastic upper race which is pressed into the frame??
I can’t see the inner race of the bearing.
Does the whole thing have to be knocked out, or am I missing something??

Ah, just flipped up a seal and can see the whole bearing. My mistake.
Just got to get the bloody thing out now.
