Planning on heading to either Kirroughtree or Glentress tomorrow.

Anyone know what trail/road conditions for the pair are like?

GT could be a bit interesting, it'll most likely still have had traffic to compress the snow, and part thaws-refreezes so snow on ice. I've ridden there in snow a few times and it's a laugh but, no different to riding in snow anywhere else, I don't think I'd bother to make the trip there in the snow again- so much of the trail is designed for speed and reckless abandon, which doesn't really work well with snow and ice.

Depending where you're travelling from, the Traffic Scotland cameras might help with road conditions.

There are cameras on the A75 for Kirry and A68 and A720 for GT.

I was at GT yesterday. Trails where covered in snow, few inches deep in most places, but was perfectly ridable, pretty grippy and great fun. Top carpark is closed as fire roads have a lot of snow on them so cant drive up

Glentress is fine if you are there early and there's fresh snow as it tends to get compacted and very icy once a few folk have been on it. Often its the fire roads that are worst.
