That won't last long unless they seal the surface and provide positive drainage... Unless they do actually ban the motors.

Stake Hill Road Byeway ( http://goo.gl/maps/77IDc) used to look like that towards the end of Feb, it looks like this

now and because of the material used its pretty much unrideable as your wheels just sink into it.
It actually gets worse than that further down the track, if they want to keep it useable they will need to ban 4x4's now.
